Hello! I started this website back in high school, and it has shifted a lot over the years. It’s grown to focus on nutrition, wellness, and evidence-based research backing preventive lifestyle practices like mindfulness. I also love food, and in this time I have learned to cook, volunteer, and be exposed to medicine. Being around food all the time has given me a love for cooking, and my volunteer work has evolved into a passion for providing healthy, accessible, affordable recipes for all. I hope you enjoy!
